PRINCIPALS OF STRUCTURAL INTEGRATION (Rolfing)

A hands-on course in structural reorganization of the body. Techniques which any bodyworker can use to repair soft-tissue injuries and enhance body awareness.

Structural Integration is what Dr. Ida Rolf called her work. She developed a way to organize the structure of the body so that it could function in an integrated (unified) way. I first encountered Ida Rolf when I was looking for a body approach to psychotherapy. She trained me in 1968 and I have been doing this work since then.
This class requires a minimum enrollment of 10. A date will be set once sufficient interest has been expressed.
